Bowman is performing surveying, mapping and SUE services across Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. Under this program, our team helps to enhance and improve Florida’s roadways all while utilizing the latest standards in maintenance of traffic to ensure the safety of our team and the traveling public.
The project consisted of establishing secondary control for survey work, performing field run topographic/planimetric surveys on approximately 80-acres, annotating the existing photogrammetry, property corner recovery and location, and storm sewer/drainage as-built preparation and delivery in accordance with VDOT standards.
Bowman served as project manager and lead designer/planner and provided environmental assessments for the expansion and realignment of approximately 14 miles of Ranch Road 12 between Dripping Springs and Wimberley in Hays County, Texas.
Bowman provided surveying and engineering services for this improvement project including approximately 3,900 lf of divided road construction between Loudoun County Parkway and Hartley Place in Ashburn, VA
Bowman provided engineering services to provide over 52,000 sq. ft. of roof top solar panels and 17,000 sq. ft. of ground-mounted solar panels to a new shopping center.
Bowman performed various services for the proposed 1099 kW solar array: New Solar Field, 4 AC, Greenport, NY – surveying and site plan preparation including boundary survey research of 4 acres. Carnegie Center Solar Canopy Project, West Windsor, NJ – surveying and site plan preparation on 4 Sites.
Bowman provided a variety of survey services to support the development of a proposed 150 turbine, 330-megawatt wind farm. The team was responsible for preparing and recertification for ALTA surveys and pos construction as-builts.
5-acre 2,100 solar panel array located on existing Elementary School property produces 1.2 megawatts a year, offset-ting the facilities carbon footprint by 865 tons of CO2. This project is part of a Power Purchase Agreement with Sun-Tribe Solar which resulted in no investment from the County and estimated to save $3.6 million over the solar array’s lifespan. Bowman provided comprehensive engineering and surveying services.
Bowman prepared ALTA/ACSM surveys, detailed topographic survey including necessary road frontage surveying. Approximately 25 acres of topography were required on the Bradley farm site, and approximately 35 acres of topography were required on the Carter farm site, as a minimum 75-foot overlap around the perimeter.
