South Beach Hotel

A South Beach hotel needed restoration after hurricane damage threatened its 1940s art deco elegance. Detailed 3D scanning revealed over 50 unique room layouts and structural issues. The as-built model provided critical insights, enabling precise renovations and helping preserve the hotel’s historic charm while supporting timely recovery efforts.

Washington DC Hotel

A popular 190-room hotel in downtown Washington DC was set to undergo a major overhaul. In spite of considerable challenges, Our team was able to 3D laser scan the existing building and create a highly accurate Revit model which is now the basis for design and construction of the historic building’s latest iteration.

Hoxton Hotel

Our team conducted a comprehensive laser scan of the structure, creating detailed as-built CAD models that were seamlessly adapted into Revit for the client’s construction and design needs for this historic 10-story building in the Fashion District of Downtown Los Angeles.

Riverwalk

Our team was selected to be the lead consultant and provided civil engineering and survey services for the redevelopment of the existing Riverwalk Golf Club site. Riverwalk includes 4,300 residential dwelling units, approximately 140,000 sq. ft. of commercial spaces, approximately 1M sq. ft. of office, and a variety of parks and open space.

Planned Unit Development (PUD) Project

This mixed-use space is a large industrial building that is being re-purposed, and will provide maker space, bicycle repair, work from “home” space, storage, and more. Progress on this project has included extending the bike path to encourage non-vehicular traffic.

Coconut Point

Loudon Times Mirror

Redevelopment will include the replacement of an existing building known as the Loudoun Times Mirror with the new 6-story residential and mixed-use mid-rise building.

Clarendon Center

Clarendon Center is a mixed-use development located along two blocks of Wilson and Clarendon Boulevards bounded by 11th Street N., N. Garfield Street, and N. Highland Street. The project consists of 244 residential units, 224,00 sq. ft. of office space, and 57,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
