Bowman provided planning and civil design services to deliver this 12-acre residential redevelopment consisting of twelve, three-story buildings, providing a total of 165 residential units of with a portion allocated for affordable housing. Bowman was responsible for all preliminary and final site plans, prepared a boundary and topographic survey, and conducted a traffic impact study.

Maple Avenue

Bowman provided planning and design services to the Town of Vienna for the Maple Avenue project. Bowman’s scope of services includes approximately a mile of comprehensive streetscape enhancement, pedestrian improvements, significant overhead utility undergrounding, storm drain utility analysis and design, a full topographic and property survey, and comprehensive easement and entitlement services.

Layton Lakes

Bowman provides its core design and surveying services to design a 550-lot master planned lake side community. The team was required to work closely with multiple local and federal municipal authorities as well as exiting adjacent property owners to deliver the project amid a turbulent residential real estate market.

Martin County Aquatic Center

The project includes the site civil engineering for the County Aquatic Center consisting of four pools and associated recreational amenities. Design and permitting of site civil engineering features including pool decking and drainage, access roadways and parking, stormwater management conveyance facilities, stormwater storage and treatment, site grading, water and wastewater utilities.

Bowman assisted the County in reviewing and updating their Stormwater Management Ordinance and Design Manual and in the development of a Monitoring and Assessment Plan, Enforcement Response Plan and pollution prevention/good housekeeping procedures.

Ken Lawrence Stream Valley Trail

Bowman provided full service engineering, environmental, surveying and construction administration for the restoration of 800 lf of degraded stream valley, installation of 1,000 lf of new trails, and a 30 foot long pedestrian bridge crossing, as well as the first two synthetic turf fields in Tysons Virginia.

Hutto YMCA

Bowman provided its core services including planning, layout, surveying, design and coordination, permitting, bidding and construction observation for this 4-acre YMCA facility. In addition, Bowman was tasked with the coordination of all approvals, permitting and platting with the City of Hutto, Williamson County, and the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ).

Johnson Ranch North Subdivision

Bowman provided professional engineering and surveying services including preliminary design, site control, utility system layout, site and lot grading, stormwater facility design, preparation of subdivision construction plans and final plats, and construction phase services for this 287-acre commercial and residential development. Bowman also prepared and obtained an Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone Permit through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
