Bowman provided support under an active on-call multi-year agreement with the Anne Arundel County Department of Public Works. The project required final engineering and surveying for roadway widening, turn-lane construction and drainage improvements.

Hamilton Safety Center

Bowman provided civil engineering and surveying services for this project, which included a 17,000 sq. ft. building with 6 attached bays for fire and rescue vehicles and a 5,400 sq. ft. annex building. A site plan was developed and processed through the Town of Hamilton and included design for stormwater, sanitary sewers, water, and stormwater management.

Henderson Way Road Improvements

Bowman provided design for the 3.8-acre site that required engineering efforts from a detailed site plan through final engineering and surveying. Additionally, the team is responsible for permitting and construction oversight once designs are completed.

Hinsdale 2015 Reconstruction Program

Bowman provided its core engineering and design services to facilitate the planning and reconstruction and resurfacing of over a mile of public road infrastructure. The team also oversaw the design and replacement of thousands of feet of utility lines. This required coordination of detailed field survey and geotechnical investigations to ensure design accounted for real world constraints.

Hanover Cross Roads Solar Field

Bowman provided engineering services to provide over 52,000 sq. ft. of roof top solar panels and 17,000 sq. ft. of ground-mounted solar panels to a new shopping center.

FasTracks – RTD Eagle P3

This project consists of 33 miles of EMU Commuter Rail connecting downtown Denver Union Station to the Denver International Airport on the East Line and to the vicinity of Ward Road, northwest Denver, unincorporated Adams County, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. This project also included a Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility.

FasTracks – Northwest Rail Corridor, RTD Light Rail

Bowman has provided the engineering design and coordination services for wet utilities on the Northwest Rail Electrified Segment and the Gold Line segment concept design for modifications to the Coors Field parking lot including drive aisles, pedestrian walkways, parking spaces, curb and gutter, detention ponds, relocating existing water quality ponds and holding relocations, and locating retaining walls.

Confidential Substation

Bowman provided 3D laser scanning Bowman provided 3D laser scanning services for this substation security fence project. The work is being administered through a Master Service Agreement with the client. 3D scanning services are being conducted on the substation to capture survey grade 3-Dimensional data on the existing substation, perimeter fence, towers, and associated equipment within the substation.

East Edisto

Bowman provided a full scope of planning, surveying, and civil design services for this 80,000-acre multi-decade development project. They team worked closely with the county officials to help craft form-based code to incorporate smart growth, led survey teams, designed residential site and infrastructure plans.
