Bowman worked closely with our client to deliver detailed laser mapping serviced with our unmanned surveying drone. The project site was a multi-mile thoroughfare of extreme terrain that is mostly inaccessible by traditional survey techniques. Additionally, the client was able to utilize drone footage for a company-wide marketing campaign about site operations.

Bowman is providing resident engineering services for this fuel loop being constructed in advance of the new International Terminal (T5) Building expansion.

The Mile Long Bridge is a critical piece of infrastructure to the Central Tri-State Tollway (I-294) corridor as it carries drivers over two major railroads, three water sources and local roads, and over a major distribution center for UPS and Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Railway. Bowman is providing Phase III construction management services for this multi-year project.

Bowman provided professional environmental, engineering, and surveying services for this 420-acre residential, commercial and retail development, including preliminary design, site control, boundary surveys, utility system layout, preliminary design of storm water facilities, and final subdivision design for roadways and residential lots.

This mixed-use project includes a tennis center with six indoor courts and four outdoor courts for University of Texas Athletics, a recreational swimming facility and concession building for The University of Texas Golf Club, and 20 residential “casitas” (condominiums). Bowman refined the land plan, designed the shared on-site and off-site infrastructure, and managed the site plan approval process.

Bowman performed laser scanning services to observe existing interior conditions of 24 facilities of a world-wide commercial company. The facilities were located throughout the regions of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kentucky and Pennsylvania.

Bowman provided surveying, civil engineering, site and landscape plans, and a forest conservation plan for this project at the U.S. Naval Academy in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. Bowman’s scope of services included regrading and providing swales around the hammer throw fields to provide stormwater management through swale infiltration.

Bowman provided its core planning and civil design to design the 50,000 sq. ft. expansion of a high-end existing mall and parking structure. Design services included rerouting of existing utilities to accommodate the new parking deck, layout of a new restaurant pad site and integration of deck expansion to the existing site facilities.

The development consists of 384 apartments, with a mix of 60% 2-bedrooms, 25% 1-bedroom and 15% 3-bedrooms. This site also proposes a community building/clubhouse/ pool and four (4) acres of commercial which is planned as a 100 room (4 Story) hotel and a 27,000 sq. ft. office building.

Bowman provided structural and right-of-way services for this new interchange that will build Route 123 over Route 1 to separate through traffic, and connect Route 123 to Belmont Bay Drive east of the railroad. Both Routes will be widened from four to six lanes.
