Bowman prepared a report identifying and addressing all ADA accessibility deficiencies at 11 Metrolink Stations. Following completion of the report, the team developed a plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) package to remediate all identified deficiencies and bring the stations into full ADA compliance.
Bowman provided ADA compliance evaluation services for Escambia County, assessing both the county’s public transit infrastructure and its parks and recreation facilities to determine conformance with current Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
Bowman developed an ADA transition plan for the City of Artesia, California, enabling the city to secure financing through the California Joint Powers Insurance Authority (JPIA) ADA program. As part of this engagement, Bowman also conducted an ADA compliance evaluation and produced a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) report.
Bowman provided campus restoration planning and pedestrian infrastructure design for Dartmouth College. Work spanned concept design through construction drawings, integrating site and landscape planning with ADA compliance and user experience.
Working under accelerated delivery schedules, Bowman provided integrated civil, structural and electrical engineering for charging station sites across multiple jurisdictions. Bowman also prepared the engineering plans, details and calculations necessary to ensure each charging station met Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements
Bowman was tapped to provide surveying, civil engineering and permitting services for Bank of America’s national branch remodel program.
Bowman provided ADA design expertise during construction for the installation and upgrade of curb ramps along multiple transportation corridors throughout the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
Bowman provided accessibility assessments and design services for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) to improve ADA compliance and pedestrian safety at bus stops throughout the system.
Bowman developed ADA design plans for the installation and upgrade of ADA-compliant curb ramps across the Philadelphia metro area, part of the city’s larger initiative to install 10,000 ADA-compliant curb ramps by April 2038.
