Bowman provided comprehensive land acquisition services in support Pattern Energy’s Uplands Wind project, a two-phase, 600 MW renewable energy development. Services included project management; lease negotiation and execution; and acquisition of access, gathering, generation tie-in and temporary construction easements.

Bowman provides right-of-way and land acquisition services for Midwest utility company, managing all aspects of land rights acquisition. To date, Bowman has managed more than 80 projects under this MSA, spanning new electric transmission line construction, infrastructure rebuilds and gas pipeline acquisitions.  

Bowman is providing customer outreach and land acquisition on an undergrounding program for a major utility provider in Florida, managing the full scope of land services supporting the program.

Bowman provides right-of-way (ROW) and land services for the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), supporting transportation infrastructure projects across the state with the full spectrum of right-of-way services.

Engaged by ODOT, our team developed scopes of service for local bridge projects, delivering cost estimates, engineering data, and assessments of right-of-way and environmental impacts. Serving ODOT Regions 1 and 5, we provided precise documentation and adhered to ODOT’s General Expectations to ensure responsible, long-term value for public funds.

This project involved engineering design services for a 2.5-mile class I bicycle and pedestrian path. The entire project is built on rights-of-way controlled by the city, Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, Los Angeles County Flood Control District and Caltrans.

Our team completed the design survey of approximately 6,700 LF for the purpose of a new sanitary sewer relief interceptor in the City of Fort Worth. The proposed alignment for this project traversed through a city park, crossed US Highway 287, Sycamore Creek, and public right-of-way.

Our team was retained by Hatfield Township for preliminary engineering and final design of this $3.9 million project. The engineering and construction for the project was funded with CFA-DCED and PennDOT MTF funds and Township Act 209 Impact Fee funds.

As part of Parker County Transportation 2016 Bond Program, Bowman provided boundary, aerial, and topographic survey for approximately eight (8) miles of a prosed road (loop) around the City of Weatherford.

Provided design survey for the improvements and right-of-way acquisition for 6,000 LF of Bowman Springs Road. The team established control points and benchmarks at 1,000-foot intervals throughout the project site. Horizontal coordinates were obtained using GPS and vertical values were established by closed level loops from City of Arlington control monuments.
