Bowman provided full service engineering, environmental, surveying and construction administration for the restoration of 800 lf of degraded stream valley, installation of 1,000 lf of new trails, and a 30 foot long pedestrian bridge crossing, as well as the first two synthetic turf fields in Tysons Virginia.

The U.S. Army, Fort Belvoir and Clark Realty Capital, LLC are working together to plan, construct, and operate military family housing communities for Fort Belvoir in Fairfax County, Virginia. Bowman is providing engineering design, land planning, and construction support services for Jadwin Village and Gerber Village.

Bowman provided planning, surveying and civil design services including topographic and route surveys, land records research, easement and right-of-way acquisitions, tree inventory/analysis/management and supplemental landscape plans. Also provided conceptual design development, final construction drawing preparation, cost estimating, bid phase services, construction administration, construction stakeout, as-built surveys and close out reporting.

Bowman provided surveying and platting, civil engineering, traffic signal design, rezoning, public participation, construction plan approvals, and construction administration for an upscale, urban village style, 55+ age single-family neighborhood, community park, extensive landscaping, and amenities. Bowman also facilitated a solution to provide extensive planning and hardscape design amidst existing easements associated with prior roadway plans.

Johnson Ranch North Subdivision

Bowman provided professional engineering and surveying services including preliminary design, site control, utility system layout, site and lot grading, stormwater facility design, preparation of subdivision construction plans and final plats, and construction phase services for this 287-acre commercial and residential development. Bowman also prepared and obtained an Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone Permit through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Kanner Crossing

Bowman provided civil engineering and surveying services for this project. The design and permitting included parking lots, driveways, stormwater management system, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection/transmission system. Bowman provided construction observation services and certification of the various permits received from the required regulatory agencies.

Kennedy Space Center’s Visitor Center Debus Conference Center

Bowman provided its survey expertise to inventory and locate improvements around Kennedy Space Center in preparation for expansion plans. The team had to navigate security controls as well as legacy control points to ensure the newly generated data properly integrated with its historic database.

La Cima Subdivision

La Cima is a 2,031-acre master-planned residential development consists of approximately 2,000 single-family lots, a 200-acre commercial area, an elementary school, an amenity center, many wastewater lift stations, a water storage tank, and multiple detention ponds.

LaGrange Winery

Bowman provided planning, surveying, engineering, and environmental services on this project. Scope of work included the development of a site plan with a parking area layout, preparation of a special use permit plan and plat, a boundary survey, an environmental constraints analysis, a perennial flow determination, support of a cultural resource analysis, and a traffic management plan for the site.

Lake Worth Drainage District E-3 Canal Rehab

Bowman provided canal right-of-way mapping and staking services for approximately 20 miles of canals as part of the Lake Worth Drainage District Canal Rehabilitation Program. The project consisted of staking the right-of-way lines along several Lake Worth Drainage District canals.
