Bowman also facilitated a solution to provide extensive planning and hardscape design amidst existing easements associated with prior roadway plans.

Johnson Ranch North Subdivision

Bowman provided professional engineering and surveying services including preliminary design, site control, utility system layout, site and lot grading, stormwater facility design, preparation of subdivision construction plans and final plats, and construction phase services for this 287-acre commercial and residential development. Bowman also prepared and obtained an Edwards Aquifer Contributing Zone Permit through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

Kanner Crossing

The design and permitting included parking lots, driveways, stormwater management system, potable water distribution system and wastewater collection/transmission system. Bowman provided construction observation services and certification of the various permits received from the required regulatory agencies.

La Cima Subdivision

La Cima is a 2,031-acre master-planned residential development consists of approximately 2,000 single-family lots, a 200-acre commercial area, an elementary school, an amenity center, many wastewater lift stations, a water storage tank, and multiple detention ponds.

LaGrange Winery

Bowman provided planning, surveying, engineering, and environmental services on this project. Scope of work included the development of a site plan with a parking area layout, preparation of a special use permit plan and plat, a boundary survey, an environmental constraints analysis, a perennial flow determination, support of a cultural resource analysis, and a traffic management plan for the site.

Hamilton Safety Center

Bowman provided civil engineering and surveying services for this project, which included a 17,000 sq. ft. building with 6 attached bays for fire and rescue vehicles and a 5,400 sq. ft. annex building. A site plan was developed and processed through the Town of Hamilton and included design for stormwater, sanitary sewers, water, and stormwater management.

Henderson Way Road Improvements

Bowman provided design for the 3.8-acre site that required engineering efforts from a detailed site plan through final engineering and surveying. Additionally, the team is responsible for permitting and construction oversight once designs are completed.

Hinsdale 2015 Reconstruction Program

Bowman provided its core engineering and design services to facilitate the planning and reconstruction and resurfacing of over a mile of public road infrastructure. The team also oversaw the design and replacement of thousands of feet of utility lines. This required coordination of detailed field survey and geotechnical investigations to ensure design accounted for real world constraints.

George Mason University Faculty and Staff Housing

Bowman provided civil engineering and land surveying services to this multi-phased, design-build housing project that consisted of 422 total units, including 75 apartments, 105-unit townhomes, 164 urban townhomes, 58 duplex units and 20 small lot units.

Fox Gate

The proposed Fox Gate development is located on 19 acres alongside Route 50 near the Fairfax County line. The project consists of approximately 600,000 sq. ft. of mixed-use space including office, retail, civic, and residential uses.
