The team designed a transient-oriented, mixed-use community South of the Vienna-Fairfax Metro Station and north of Route 29 that incorporates a variety of townhomes, condominiums, apartments, convenience retail, commercial office, daycare and public spaces.

Bowman provided complete right-of-way acquisition services to acquire an easement needed from 18 property owners and was able to obtain voluntary conveyance from a vast majority of the parcels.
Bowman led the planning, design, permitting and construction phase services of a county-wide water system improvement for the Middlesex Water Authority (MWA). Bowman also assisted the authority in applying for and obtaining $12M in low interest financing and over $3M in grants for the design and construction of this project.
Bowman currently holds an Annual Engineering Agreement for civil, water/wastewater and surveying services with the Nelson County Service Authority.
The project included a 200,000 sq. ft. casino with restaurants and a venue for live entertainment, a parking garage, and surface parking on approximately 12 acres of the Arundel Mills Development.
