Bradley and Carter Solar Farm

Bowman prepared ALTA/ACSM surveys, detailed topographic survey including necessary road frontage surveying. Approximately 25 acres of topography were required on the Bradley farm site, and approximately 35 acres of topography were required on the Carter farm site, as a minimum 75-foot overlap around the perimeter.

Berkeley Business Park

Bowman provided planning, surveying, and civil engineering services for this multi-phased redevelop-ment project. Scope included a Land Development Unit plan with layouts for stormwater and sanitary sewers, topographic and route surveys, land records research, easement and right-of-way acquisi-tions, supplemental landscape plans, conceptual design development and evaluation, final construc-tion drawing preparation, construction administration, construction stakeout, and more.

Bluestone to Sunoco Pipeline

Bowman provided planning, survey, and design services included pipeline and right-of-way design, project coordination with routing, land agents, environmental, archeological, and geotechnical sub-consultants, construction and surveying, and preparation of construction documents including major horizontal drilling designs for numerous interstate highway, road and railroad crossings, creeks and wetlands.

Ballie Trust Pipeline

Bowman provided its core planning, survey, and design services to deliver a pipeline expansion project on a very tight deadline. The team had to navigate environmental sensitive areas, state and federal permitting requirements, endangered animals, and changing landowner consents.

Bastrop Co. Complex Fire Recovery Program

Bowman provided project management services which included direct administration and manage-ment of a significant portion of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community De-velopment Block Group grant for Disaster Recovery awarded through the Texas General Land Office for the non-housing allocation of the CDBG-DR grant, in conjunction with an Emergency Watershed Protection grant from the Natural Resource Conservation Service.

Austin Regional Clinic

This project, situated on approximately 2.48 acres, includes medical offices, a coffee shop, and an associated parking lot. Bowman provided site plan preparation including grading, paving, drainage, on site water and wastewater lines design and parking requirements. This was the first site plan in the City of Kyle with zero set back lines. Bowman helped to introduce this new urban development concept to the City.

Border Patrol Indoor Firing Range

Bowman provided surveying, civil engineering design, construction stakeout, and construction administration services for the U.S. Border Patrol station in Nogales, Arizona. The installation of the new modular facility included re-grading the existing site, delivering supporting water and sewer line extensions, and an expansion and repaving of the existing parking lot.

Bathtub Beach Specific Purpose Survey

Bowman provided multiple drone-based laser survey scans to analyze and monitor ongoing beach improvements. The team worked closely with FAA and local authorities for permitted exemptions to operate in prohibited drone areas.

Biltmore Shadows

Bloomfield College Residence Hall

This project consisted of the design of a four-story, 83,000 sq. ft. residence hall centrally located on the campus of Bloomfield College. Bowman provided its core planning, surveying, and civil design services to facility the construction of a new campus multi-function area. The team’s role included land surveying, planning and feasibility studies, site plan development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration and observation.
