Port of Corpus Christi Truck Congestion Management

Bowman is leading a study for the Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) to identify and implement congestion management strategies for truck traffic serving port terminals during peak grain export operations. The project focuses on improving truck flow, operational predictability and safety along the primary port access corridor during the ADM grain season.

Gulf Intracoastal Waterway

Port of Houston – Wharf 16

Bowman conducted a hydrographic survey utilizing multibeam echo sounding and side scan sonar technologies along cells one through 19 of the wharf’s cellular wall face. The survey aimed to validate recent structural repairs, identify any remaining defects and support the creation of as-built documentation.

A powerful winter storm hit North Texas in January 2026, bringing icy conditions that disrupted services to Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) customers. Woodlake Manufactured Home Community Expansion

Multi-phase manufactured home community is located in San Antonio within the Salado Creek watershed. Our team prepared a Manufactured Housing Park Plan for the last two phases of the expansion. Phase V, the final phase, included 140 pad sites on 27 acres.

Westover Hills Medical Office Building (MOB)

Our team was involved in the design and development which not only included the building but the 170+ space parking lot, drive aisles, driveways, as well as sewer, water, and fire access systems and an offsite city turn lane design.

Valley Sol Subdivision

Single family residential subdivision consisted of 698 homes and an amenity center located on a 122-acre tract within the City of San Antonio. Our team coordinated the master planning efforts for this development which consisted of construction over three phases. We designed the sewer, water, grading and drainage for the neighborhood and associated amenity center.
