Situated on a 1.25-acre site, the project required careful planning and coordination to accommodate both the client’s vision and local development requirements.

Magik Theater

The Magik Theatre is a beloved children’s theater dedicated to inspiring and educating young audiences. Our team performed a topographic survey for the project limits which included lidar and imagery utilizing Trimble SX10 Terrestrial Lidar scanner to acquire high-density scans of the interior and exterior limits of the building and project site.

City Center

This infill development in San Antonio consists of 26 attached units on a 0.98-acre lot. Our team served as the civil design lead, overseeing the creation of two subdivision plats for the Infill Development Zone (IDZ) site. Our team also prepared construction documents, including plans for private drives, heritage tree preservation, SAWS general construction permits, counter permits, and site work permits through the city.

Lamar University Setzer Student Center

Our reality capture experts created a as-built Revit model with hyper-accurate measurements that would lead to a smoother remodel. The student center included multiple dining vendors, meeting rooms, ballroom and a bookstore.

Energy Partnership Innovation Center (EPIcenter)

The transformation of San Antonio’s historic Mission Road Power Plant into EPIcenter marks a shift from an industrial site to an energy innovation hub. Utilizing advanced laser scanning and drone technology, over 1,000 scans were captured to create a detailed Revit model. This model helped facilitate design, planning, and marketing efforts, blending historic preservation with cutting-edge technology for the future of energy.

Rockcliff Energy Saltwater Gathering System

Bowman secured a contract to conduct a preliminary survey for a 55-mile gas gathering pipeline, which is designed to gather natural gas from several well locations and transports it to a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in Southwest Louisiana.
