Bowman designed a major portion of the 216-acre HQ campus and conducted extensive records research and as-built utility surveys, including sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water, gas, irrigation, fiber optic, telecommunications, and primary and secondary electric service lines.

Bowman provided various professional services for this 346,400 sq. ft. warehouse and was responsible for the planning and design of stormwater management, storm drain layouts, water and sanitary sewer alignments, erosion and sediment control staging, permitting, as well as retrofit design for stormwater pond conversion.
