Bowman provided civil engineering, survey, permitting and construction support services for the four-story, 96-room Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotel. The project included underground parking and transformed a vacant commercial parcel into a hospitality destination consistent with the town’s mixed-use development vision.
Bowman supported Weidmann Electrical Technology with the expansion of its active manufacturing facility, providing site design, permitting and construction-phase services to help advance new industrial growth while maintaining ongoing operations. The project included improvements to the existing facility, a new storage building and relocated parking areas.
Bowman supported the Bourne redevelopment, a 1.39-acre brownfield infill project spanning three parcels at a prominent commercial intersection. The redevelopment, located at Shelburne Road and Swift Street, transforms the previously underused site into a coordinated mixed-use setting, featuring a bank, commercial space, multifamily housing and underground parking.
Bowman provided survey and civil and site design services for Hotel Jay and the Pump House indoor water park, supporting a major resort expansion within a constrained mountain setting. The project required thoughtful coordination of grading, drainage and infrastructure design to integrate new facilities with existing parking areas and site conditions.
Bowman provided civil engineering, survey and permitting services for the mixed-use development. The project included a 60-by-200-ft residential building with 50 to 60 apartments, 8,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and structured and surface parking for approximately 80 vehicles.
Working under accelerated delivery schedules, Bowman provided integrated civil, structural and electrical engineering for charging station sites across multiple jurisdictions. Bowman also prepared the engineering plans, details and calculations necessary to ensure each charging station met Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility requirements

Bowman delivered full civil engineering services for Birdsong Phoenix, a net-zero apartment community. Our early involvement streamlined permitting, addressed site constraints and supported sustainable design. The project earned ENR’s 2025 Award of Merit for Best Projects in the Mountain States & Southwest region.
Bowman was tapped to prepare an issued for construction (IFC) package for a 200 MW power island supporting liquefied natural gas (LNG) operations along the Gulf Coast. The system design integrated five gas turbine generator packages with supporting balance of plant infrastructure to meet the facility’s demanding power needs.
