For two decades, Bowman has been a dedicated provider of architectural and engineering (A/E) services for Ansco/AT&T’s antenna modification telecom projects. Our team has designed more than 100 telecom tower sites, including self-support, guyed, monopole, smokestack, rooftops, water tanks and antenna mounts.

This confidential project was the client’s first stand-alone battery energy storage system (BESS) initiative in the state, contributing approximately 50 MW of capacity to the power grid. State agencies responsible for forest management benefit greatly from aerial imagery, which serves as a tool for monitoring the extent, species makeup and condition of forests. Color infrared (CIR) imagery acquired in the fall is particularly useful because it allows forestry professionals to more accurately determine the species of the trees. These projects were completed with our DMC frame sensors because they are better suited to producing the stereo imagery requested by these clients.

Our team was selected to be the lead consultant and provided civil engineering and survey services for the redevelopment of the existing Riverwalk Golf Club site. Riverwalk includes 4,300 residential dwelling units, approximately 140,000 sq. ft. of commercial spaces, approximately 1M sq. ft. of office, and a variety of parks and open space.

Bowman’s goal was to create a sustainable setting using drought-tolerant plants and low water use irrigation systems.

Topographic survey, civil site design, construction services, and construction staking for a new district vehicle support facility on a 26 acre site. The facility has concrete parking for 200 buses, a warehouse and District support and training building.
