Our team served as Engineer of Record for LA Metro’s Westside Purple Line Extension, designing Century City/Constellation Station and reviewing plans for Wilshire/Rodeo Station. The project demanded advanced soil-structure interaction, 3D modeling, and excavation support to ensure stability beneath densely developed areas along Wilshire Boulevard, factoring in seismic resilience and loading impacts from nearby high-rise buildings in this urban infrastructure initiative.

A hillside property with multiple levels, including a World War II-era bunker, was meticulously scanned to capture every detail for restoration. The owner, an architect, sought a comprehensive understanding of the unique estate before making improvements. After a three-day scan, a highly detailed Revit model was created, preserving the property’s intricate features and history.

Newly acquired San Francisco commercial properties with high-profit potential were laser scanned to obtain accurate floor plans and square footage numbers. The landlords anticipated significant revenue from the three buildings but were pleasantly surprised to discover an extra 2,500 sq. ft. of leasable space

A detailed 3D scan was conducted for the renovation of a large Beverly Hills property, spanning over 20,000 square feet across multiple structures. The precise measurements allowed the client to receive accurate estimates from vendors, ensuring consistent pricing for materials and labor. The scan captured complex details and unconventional shapes, crucial for the project’s success.

A 3D scan of the Anaheim Convention Center captured over 1 billion data points using a Faro s350 scanner. The point cloud was converted into a mesh and exported as an FBX file, allowing the projection mapping team to plan and create visual content in advance for the upcoming show.

Our team was selected to be the lead consultant and provided civil engineering and survey services for the redevelopment of the existing Riverwalk Golf Club site. Riverwalk includes 4,300 residential dwelling units, approximately 140,000 sq. ft. of commercial spaces, approximately 1M sq. ft. of office, and a variety of parks and open space.

The Bell Gardens Sports Complex is located at the John Anson Ford Park, a major regional park facility in the City of Bell Gardens. We were tasked with designing and managing the construction of the new sports facilities, which replaced an old park that was dilapidated and functionally outdated.
