Located in the prestigious Marley Park Community, this 173 unit, 14.7 acre development features two-bedroom or duplex one-bedroom single story homes with high-end amenities and private backyards. Bowman provided planning, entitlement support, site planning, preliminary and final engineering, and construction support services.
This 154 unit community sits on 13.6 acres and features one or two-bedroom single story homes with high-end amenities and private backyards. Bowman provided planning, entitlements, utility coordination, site planning, preliminary/final engineering, and construction support services.
This 14-acre site required a lot split and rezone which required extensive coordination between various local municipalities. Bowman obtained land use approvals for this LEED Gold Certified headquarters. The project sits on 12.83 acres and included the installation of over 21,000 sq. ft. of rooftop solar panels and 91,000 sq. ft. of parking lot canopy solar panels. Bowman performed initial due diligence research of municipal zoning, site plans, and coordination through the approval process.
Bowman currently works with Culver’s to help expand their footprint in Florida and throughout the Southeast market. Bowman’s retail experts work closely with the owners to provide conceptual site planning, site development plans, civil construction documents, site entitlement, permitting and construction management.
Bowman, having previously designed the original settlers during another project, designed two new Wash Settlers with related structures, containment, equipment, storage, piping and instrumentation.
5-acre 2,100 solar panel array located on existing Elementary School property produces 1.2 megawatts a year, offset-ting the facilities carbon footprint by 865 tons of CO2. This project is part of a Power Purchase Agreement with Sun-Tribe Solar which resulted in no investment from the County and estimated to save $3.6 million over the solar array’s lifespan. Bowman provided comprehensive engineering and surveying services.
Phase I and II services for replacement of existing steel beam bridge at County Road 8 and the Fraser River, originally constructed in 1979. A bridge hydraulic report and scour analysis were prepared for this project. Proposed structure is 47 feet wide with span of 46 feet Prestressed Precast Concrete (PPC) Deck Beams with a 6-inch cast-in-place concrete slab, founded on pile bent abutments.
Chick-fil-A partners with Bowman to provide civil engineering and survey services for new stores across the southeast. Services include site planning, utility design, drainage and grading design, as well as ALTA surveys and topographic and boundary surveys. Bowman also provides permitting services. Building sizes are typically around 5,000 sq. ft. and site sizes range from less than an acre to three acres.
