Bowman provided comprehensive land acquisition services in support of Pattern Energy’s Uplands Wind project, a two-phase, 600 MW renewable energy development. Services included project management; lease negotiation and execution; and acquisition of access, gathering, generation tie-in and temporary construction easements.

Bowman provides right-of-way and land acquisition services for Midwest utility company, managing all aspects of land rights acquisition. To date, Bowman has managed more than 80 projects under this MSA, spanning new electric transmission line construction, infrastructure rebuilds and gas pipeline acquisitions.

Chicopee, MA Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A)

Bowman developed a Safety Action Plan (SAP) aligned with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program for the City of Chicopee. The City’s goal was to eliminate traffic-related deaths and serious injuries in Chicopee.
