Bowman performed various services for the proposed 1099 kW solar array: New Solar Field, 4 AC, Greenport, NY – surveying and site plan preparation including boundary survey research of 4 acres. Carnegie Center Solar Canopy Project, West Windsor, NJ – surveying and site plan preparation on 4 Sites.
Bowman has provided the engineering design and coordination services for wet utilities on the Northwest Rail Electrified Segment and the Gold Line segment, concept design for modifications to the Coors Field parking lot.
This project consists of 33 miles of EMU Commuter Rail connecting downtown Denver Union Station to the Denver International Airport on the East Line and to the vicinity of Ward Road, northwest Denver, unincorporated Adams County, Arvada and Wheat Ridge. This project also included a Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility.
Bowman has provided the engineering design and coordination services for wet utilities on the Northwest Rail Electrified Segment and the Gold Line segment concept design for modifications to the Coors Field parking lot including drive aisles, pedestrian walkways, parking spaces, curb and gutter, detention ponds, relocating existing water quality ponds and holding relocations, and locating retaining walls.
Bowman provided 3D laser scanning Bowman provided 3D laser scanning services for this substation security fence project. The work is being administered through a Master Service Agreement with the client. 3D scanning services are being conducted on the substation to capture survey grade 3-Dimensional data on the existing substation, perimeter fence, towers, and associated equipment within the substation.
Bowman provided a full scope of planning, surveying, and civil design services for this 80,000-acre multi-decade development project. They team worked closely with the county officials to help craft form-based code to incorporate smart growth, led survey teams, designed residential site and infrastructure plans.
Bowman provided extensive planning, design, and construction support services to deliver a complicated expansion of major public infrastructure. The team worked closely with local residents, municipal bodies, and governing utility boards to ensure all stakeholders concerns were understood and addressed in the planning process.
The Fairfax Village Neighborhood Center is part of the U.S. Army Residential Communities Initiative to upgrade, redevelop and provide market rate residential housing and amenities for the men and women of our armed forces. The project was awarded LEED-NC 2.2 Platinum Certification by the United States Green Building Council.
Bowman is the prime consultant performing general surveying services in support of Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission projects. Examples include the Tenoroc Public Use Area New Entry Station, John C. and Mariana Jones/Hungryland Wildlife and Environmental Area, Little Gator Creek Wildlife and Environmental Area, and Chinsegut Wildlife and Environmental Area.
