Bowman provided civil engineering, survey, permitting and construction support services for the four-story, 96-room Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham hotel. The project included underground parking and transformed a vacant commercial parcel into a hospitality destination consistent with the town’s mixed-use development vision.

Jay Peak Resort

Bowman provided survey and civil and site design services for Hotel Jay and the Pump House indoor water park, supporting a major resort expansion within a constrained mountain setting. The project required thoughtful coordination of grading, drainage and infrastructure design to integrate new facilities with existing parking areas and site conditions.

Catamount Outdoor Family Center

City of Rutland Downtown Streetscape Revitalization

USGS 3DEP Multi-State Aerial LiDAR Collection

Magik Theater

Our team performed a topographic survey for the project limits which included lidar and imagery utilizing Trimble SX10 Terrestrial Lidar scanner to acquire high-density scans of the interior and exterior limits of the building and project site.

Energy Partnership Innovation Center

San Antonio’s historic Mission Road Power Plant is now EPIcenter—an energy innovation hub. Using drone and laser scanning, over 1,000 scans were used to create a detailed Revit model that supported design, planning and marketing while preserving the site’s historic character.

New York Public Library

To prepare for a projection mapping show at the New York Public Library, a 3D scan of a historic space was conducted using a Faro S series scanner. Eight high-resolution scans captured 350 million points in under two hours, creating an immersive 3D point cloud. The mesh was refined collaboratively, enabling content development ahead of the event.
