Bowman is providing civil engineering and permitting services for Loxley Logistics Center, a 210-acre, multiphase industrial park developed by Crown West Realty in Baldwin County, Alabama. Working with ARCO/Murray, Bowman is supporting the development of multiple warehouse facilities, including a 162,800-square-foot building that broke ground in 2025.
Bowman supported Weidmann Electrical Technology with the expansion of its active manufacturing facility, providing site design, permitting and construction-phase services to help advance new industrial growth while maintaining ongoing operations. The project included improvements to the existing facility, a new storage building and relocated parking areas.
Bowman completed an environmental sound study for a yard trimmings composting facility to evaluate operational noise and support site design. The team assessed sound power levels from processing equipment and mobile machinery to understand the primary noise sources across the facility.
Our team was engaged directly by a confidential financial services client to serve as the engineer of record for tenant improvement design and construction administration in a new four-story office building.
