Bowman supplied 3D laser scanning, Revit modeling and aerial mapping services for the major remodel of an iconic Hawaiian resort. The iconic facility spanned 15 acres, 11 stories, a 150-foot grade change and hundreds of roaming chickens.
Bowman was tapped to provide 3D laser scanning and as-built documentation for the expansion of the Grand Concourse facility at the Bronx Museum of the Arts. The entire process was completed in just two weeks.
Bowman conducted a comprehensive 3D laser scan of the entire building, from the center stage to the marble-clad exterior. The final Revit model ranged in detail from LOD 200 to 350, depending on the complexity of the space.
Madbush Falls – Riders’ Outpost was an exciting project involved a complete rehabilitation and transformation of an abandoned old motel and bar known as the Madbush Alpine Chalet in Waitsfield, VT along VT Route 100 a few miles from the Sugarbush Ski Resort.
Our team has worked with Costco since its beginnings in Vermont in Colchester in 1992. At the time the site had a different building by the name of Bio-Tech that was razed to build the first and only Costco in Vermont. Since then, we have worked with Costco over the years in adding small additions to the site, such as the tire center.
The Twin Farms Resort project involved a series of renovations, expansions and new units to the Forbes Travel #1 5-star small luxury hotel and resort in the quaint and quiet town of Barnard, Vermont. Our team was retained to provide surveying, site/civil engineering, permitting, environmental and construction engineering services.
Bowman provided 3-D laser scanning, planning and zoning expertise, landscape architecture, survey, site civil engineering, structural engineering and comprehensive construction administration/observation services.
Bowman was engaged to provide engineering and survey services for the park’s iconic pyramid structures, visitors’ center and both rickhouses.
The project was initiated to upgrade the electrical system for the Ambia compressor station located in Ambia, IN. The facility has four gas-driven reciprocating compressors with ancillary motor loads, multiple building loads and a facility emergency generator.
