Bowman supported the construction of a new 10,000-foot-long by 150-foot-wide runway along with the South End-Around Taxiway at Charlotte Douglas International Airport with survey and field verification services.

The project included underground parking and transformed a vacant commercial parcel into a hospitality destination consistent with the town’s mixed-use development vision.

Bowman was the civil engineer for this transformative project, converting a 28-acre portion of Sycuan tribal land and portions of the Pine Glen Golf Course and Singing Hills Hotel into the first Major League Soccer club training facility on Native American land.
