St. Louis Tornado Disaster Mapping

Within 24 hours of a tornado that struck downtown St. Louis in May 2025, Bowman mobilized its disaster mapping team to capture post-event aerial imagery. Using a Cessna Conquest aircraft equipped with a Phase One PANA imaging system, the team captured high-resolution, georeferenced imagery across the affected area.

Texas-New Mexico Power 2026 Winter Storm Disaster Response

A powerful winter storm hit North Texas in January 2026, bringing icy conditions that disrupted services to Texas-New Mexico Power (TNMP) customers. Bowman responded quickly to support TNMP by coordinating emergency aerial helicopter service to inspect approximately 600 miles of distribution lines.

Texas State University On-Call Land Surveying

RaDD

Bowman provided preliminary engineering, preliminary site design, final engineering, an ALTA survey and mapping services for the RaDD (Research and Development District) project. The project consists of a mix of laboratory and office buildings, restaurants and retail opportunities.

Redondo Fishing Pier

Bowman is providing design and construction management services to the City of Des Moines for the reconstruction of the Redondo Fishing Pier and associated public amenities. Originally constructed in 1980, the existing pier was closed in 2019 due to safety concerns and is now being completely rebuilt to meet modern structural and public use standards.

Shillman Building Adaptive Reuse

We provided full mechanical and electrical engineering design or the adaptive reuse of the Shillman Building into a modern, energy efficient Baltimore City District Courthouse. The project featured a complete HVAC system replacement with a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system and a dedicated outside air system (DOAS).
