Multi-phase manufactured home community is located in San Antonio within the Salado Creek watershed. Our team prepared a Manufactured Housing Park Plan for the last two phases of the expansion. Phase V, the final phase, included 140 pad sites on 27 acres.

Westover Hills Medical Office Building (MOB)

60,000 sq. ft. medical office building (MOB) situated on a 4-acre site in San Antonio’s Westover Hills Development. Our team was involved in the design and development which not only included the building but the 170+ space parking lot, drive aisles, driveways, as well as sewer, water, and fire access systems and an offsite city turn lane design.

Valley Sol Subdivision

Single family residential subdivision consisted of 698 homes and an amenity center located on a 122-acre tract within the City of San Antonio. Our team coordinated the master planning efforts for this development which consisted of construction over three phases. We designed the sewer, water, grading and drainage for the neighborhood and associated amenity center.

UTSA Storage

This warehouse on Commerce Street in San Antonio was renovated into a 50,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility and leasing office. Our team assisted with the subdivision plat of the 1.75-acre downtown property. Utilization of the existing structure required coordination with architect, contractor and developer throughout the design and construction process.

Town Twin Village

This 17-acre site for a non-profit organization is aimed at providing housing for the unhoused community. Our team provided site surveying services including a land title survey, subdivision platting, construction staking services, drone photogrammetry, and preparation of exhibits and metes & bounds for separate utility easements.

Seguin C-Store / Halftime 2

This 6,000 sq. ft. convenience store is located on 2.42 acres in the Seguin ETJ, Guadalupe County, TX. The project involved demolishing the existing store, fuel pumps, and septic system. Our team partnered with the architect and design team to redesign and permit the new multi-purpose commercial development, which includes retail space and fuel sales for the new convenience store/gas station brand, Halftime.

Potranco Retail

Our team performed the civil design and permitting for an 11,500 sq. ft. retail center located in the San Antonio ETJ (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction). Situated on a 1.25-acre site, the project required careful planning and coordination to accommodate both the client’s vision and local development requirements.

Magik Theater

The Magik Theatre is a beloved children’s theater dedicated to inspiring and educating young audiences. Our team performed a topographic survey for the project limits which included lidar and imagery utilizing Trimble SX10 Terrestrial Lidar scanner to acquire high-density scans of the interior and exterior limits of the building and project site.

City Center

This infill development in San Antonio consists of 26 attached units on a 0.98-acre lot. Our team served as the civil design lead, overseeing the creation of two subdivision plats for the Infill Development Zone (IDZ) site. Our team also prepared construction documents, including plans for private drives, heritage tree preservation, SAWS general construction permits, counter permits, and site work permits through the city.
