Bowman supported Weidmann Electrical Technology with the expansion of its active manufacturing facility, providing site design, permitting and construction-phase services to help advance new industrial growth while maintaining ongoing operations. The project included improvements to the existing facility, a new storage building and relocated parking areas.
Bowman supported the Bourne redevelopment, a 1.39-acre brownfield infill project spanning three parcels at a prominent commercial intersection. The redevelopment, located at Shelburne Road and Swift Street, transforms the previously underused site into a coordinated mixed-use setting, featuring a bank, commercial space, multifamily housing and underground parking.
Bowman provided multidisciplinary survey, engineering, permitting, environmental and GIS services for Catamount Outdoor Family Center, which supported updates to the center’s trail maps, trail signage, wetlands documentation and related site planning needs.
Bowman provided engineering, permitting and construction-phase services for the multi-phase infrastructure improvement project at Milton Mobile Home Park, an approximately 100-unit resident-owned cooperative with aging water and wastewater systems. The long-running effort addressed critical utility needs for an affordable manufactured housing community while improving the reliability and resilience of its core infrastructure.
Bowman has supported PhilaPort for 14 years across 40+ projects, including strategic planning, facility condition assessments, feasibility studies, capital project development, permitting and construction-phase support within an active port and across a diverse, multi-terminal capital program.
Our team delivered a 162-acre, 15 MW solar project providing comprehensive engineering and permitting support with a focus on environmental stewardship. The site was carefully planned to situate equipment on elevated, dry areas, maximizing solar production while preserving adjacent wetlands and sensitive ecosystems.
Our team supported the development of a 2,600-acre, multi-phase solar and battery energy storage system (BESS). The project combines 400 MW of solar generation with 120 MW of storage, advancing large-scale renewable deployment and contributing to California’s clean energy goals.
Our team provided comprehensive engineering and permitting services for a large-scale, ~1,800-acre PV solar development. This facility brings more than 300 MW of renewable energy to the grid, contributing to California’s clean energy goals and long-term sustainability targets.
Our team supported the development of a 100-acre, 12.5 MW solar facility providing a full suite of civil, structural and environmental engineering services. The project was planned with a strong emphasis on environmental protection and regulatory compliance, particularly with respect to sensitive streams and wetland areas.
